I booked this hotel thinking it had an outside balcony but realized once I got there, the balcony was inside the hotel overlooking the banquet hall, which I don't understand why. I was definitely upset since I am a smoker and the hotel was smoke free

I appreciated that there was complimentary coffee in the lobby in the morning, however, I was unsure if there was a complimentary breakfast also. Close proximity to the mall.

The hotel smelled so fresh and inviting. The staff was very polite and professional! It shows that they are empowered to make decisions on the spot to satisfy the customer. I really appreciate this!

My room was very comfortable, clean and quiet. It was one of the interior rooms. The food at the restaurant was good and all staff could not have been more pleasant and professional. The location was perfect for my needs.

The staff and the people in the service in the front office in the restaurant they were amazing and very helpful and kind really enjoyed our stay.

I booked this hotel for two nights had a very nice day. Staff was a friendly and helpful checked out really late. Never had a problem. Bed was comfortable and clean would stay here again
